Really Healthy Recipe Week

Not much different from other weeks, then! But you’ll notice an extra emphasis on veggies, with lots of winter-friendly color, fiber, and antioxidants. There are omega-3s in the prawns, and roasted garlic in the soup. Who says that there’s nothing healthy to eat in the dead of winter?
